- Under The Radar is a grassroots art & design company, providing forward-thinking designs in a variety of media. Our roots in the Christie Ossington Neighbourhood Centre’s decade-long Graffiti Arts program means we have an aesthetic unlike any other design company. Founded in 2009, we offer a wide range of creative services for people interested in commissioning unique designs while supporting community initiatives. As an in-house social enterprise of the LOFT Youth Centre for Social Enterprise and Innovation, our revenues are reinvested in programs and services for local youth including skills training, employment, workshops, arts programming and more.
