On Saturday, July 24th, the streets of Bloordale Village (Bloor between Lansdowne Avenue and Dufferin Street) closed to host one of Toronto’s most amazing festivals — The New Bloor Festival. One event in particular caught the interest of many. “Represent!” — as it was so aptly named — was a mixture of community organizations such as AK, Studio 32, UforChange and Under the Radar coming together to infuse the wonders of hip-hop culture into the day’s festivities.
